Additional charges may apply where further issues are discovered after initial assessment.

LUTZ-TECH will take reasonable precautions during the repair of your computer or electronic device. However, we are not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or damage to software or files that may occur as a result of the repair process.
It is the customer's sole responsibility to back up all data, software, and files prior to repair. LUTZ-TECH does not guarantee the integrity or retention of any data stored on the device.
By proceeding with service, you agree to release LUTZ-TECH from any claims related to data loss, including but not limited to lost files, photos, or programs.

5. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Prices may change without notice.
Payment for products and services must be made in full prior to collection, delivery, or completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout or invoicing.

6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and freight services are handled through third-party carriers.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to location, freight delays, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers should inspect deliveries immediately upon arrival and report visible freight damage directly to the carrier as soon as possible.
