Delete your CalloutMate account

You can request deletion here even if you no longer have the CalloutMate app installed. We verify requests by email before processing them.

What is deleted

  • Your CalloutMate login and profile information that is no longer required.
  • Active mobile sessions and device registrations associated with your account.
  • Personal account links and credentials that are no longer required.

What may need to be retained

Shared business records such as jobs, quotes, service reports and invoices may belong to the business workspace rather than only to one user. Some information may also need to be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security or dispute-resolution reasons. Where retention is necessary, we keep only what is reasonably required and remove account access.

Need help? Email calloutmate@lutztech.com.au. Account deletion does not cancel obligations that lawfully survive deletion, such as unpaid invoices or records that must be retained by law.
